Design & Build · Batangas

Luxury homes that stay cool naturally.

We design and build climate-responsive luxury homes in Batangas that stay cooler naturally through proper orientation, natural ventilation, proper shading, innovative materials, and indoor-outdoor integration.

Completed Keystone home: white modern tropical house with a deep wood-lined overhang and palm trees

Our philosophy

“Maraming bahay ang magaganda, pero hindi lahat komportable tirhan.”

Many houses are beautiful, but not all of them are comfortable to live in.

Here in the Philippines, it isn't enough for a house to look good. It has to be designed for our climate. We call it climate-responsive tropical luxury: a home that's cool, comfortable, bright, and genuinely enjoyable to live in.

The 5 pillars of climate-responsive design

Designed to be lived in, not just to be seen.

01

Orientation

Before we design, we study where the sun rises and sets and how wind moves across your lot, so the house faces the right way from day one.

02

Natural ventilation

Windows placed where air actually enters and leaves, not just more windows, so fresh air moves through the house naturally.

03

Proper shading

Deep overhangs, high ceilings and screens that keep out harsh afternoon heat while letting in soft natural light.

04

Innovative materials

Materials chosen for how they perform in our tropical climate, not only for how they look on day one.

05

Indoor-outdoor integration

Living spaces that open onto gardens, lanais and courtyards, so the breeze, light and greenery become part of everyday life.

Meet Kuya Erick

More than a decade of designing and building homes.

Kuya Erick leads Keystone's design and construction. In our video series he shares what he's learned in more than ten years of building: how to plan a realistic budget, why orientation matters, what OFWs should check before paying a contractor, and when a crack in the wall is worth worrying about.
