Why we started Keystone
In more than a decade of designing and building houses, Kuya Erick kept seeing the same thing: new homes that looked stunning but felt like an oven by midday. They were designed with aesthetics as the priority, and they overlooked what we deal with every single day here in the Philippines: the heat.
Keystone was built around a different idea. Luxury doesn't stop at how your home looks. A truly luxurious home is cool, comfortable, bright, and enjoyable to live in, and that starts with designing for the sun, the wind and the way you actually live.
